KEY SUMMIT EVENT
The education of key individuals who interact with our children on a regular basis is very important. Especially when it comes to the protection of our children. Our client is a Child Advocacy Center who delivers excellence in child abuse response, healing and prevention through collaborative service, awareness, education and leadership.
Problem
Each year the Advocacy Center provides an educational Summit to bring together these key individuals (law enforcement, school personnel, child protective services, advocacy centers, medical staff, legal experts and key state and local representatives. The Summit includes key speakers and industry experts who provide insights into best practices of identifying abuse, engaging with a child who you may suspect has been abused, resources that are available, industry trends and corrective actions.
Our team provides the marketing to reach these key individuals to encourage them to participate in the Summit. This is a chance for them to meet others within our community who directly engage with children on a daily basis. It’s a chance to learn and build connections.
Process
We used a multi tactical approach to reach these audience groups when they are online through social media, search and display. We used a blend of ads that features the event and highlights key speakers with their bios and breakout session topics.

Result
Each year that we have worked with this non-profit they’ve set a goal that helps them to cover the cost of the event. We have consistently exceeded their goals by 25-30%.
They set a goal of 700 attendees with a max of 1200. We were able to help them secure 1100 attendees for their event, making it a highly successful and profitable event.
