We started working with the Vice President and his team in mid-2022. They were challenged with understanding how their marketing was converting to leads for the business. They wanted to secure a better understanding of their marketing’s ROI to the business. At the time we started with their team they were running roughly at 82-83% capacity in their 4-residential locations and under 90% for their commercial operation.

We built out a highly detailed analytics dashboard for their team. We are now able to track all leads, tours and leases by the individual properties. We are able to dial deeper into the data to see which media channels are delivering the best returns.

Today their locations are running between 97-98% capacity for their residential properties and 98% for their commercial location. Through a detailed media spend trending report we were able to eliminate previous media channels that were not generating leads or direct conversions. We were able to help the Arndenbrook leadership team reduce their marketing cost from 8-9% when we first started with them to under 3% today while increasing occupancy by 15-18%.
