This non profit has a total of 92 separate programs they provide to the community and region. For example; Alcohol and Drug rehabilitation, Behavioral Health, Housing, Refugee and Immigration Support, Adoption services and many more.
Problem
One of their programs received a grant. They were looking to reach 17 counties spread across New York State. There were a number of challenges with the website landing page that led to confusion. If someone was in need of their services the process to connect with the team was outdated.
Process
We started with first ensuring that as we marketed their services, that the individuals who clicked on the ads were brought to a well laid out landing page. A page that had quick bullet points to showcase the value of this program. We then moved them from a PDF registration form to an easy to use, online sign up. Knowing that the majority of individuals reaching out were using a mobile device, we made sure the process was as user friendly as possible.
We implemented key targeting, geo targeting with the media tactics; Paid Search, Paid Social, Video and Display ads. The goal was “awareness” and “applications”. We supported their traditional marketing with producing a brochure that they use at events or when engaging with potential referring agencies.
Result
We were able to increase their referral leads by over 100% in the time that we supported the program. We were able to instantly increase self-referral leads from 5 in 5 months to 174 inbound requests (34x increase). Prior to starting, the program was ranked 77 out of their 92 available programs when searching their website. During the time that we worked with their team, the program was in the top 3 pages most searched on their website.
